After experimenting with all these different nail colors I've never tried like mint green, pastel purples, and bright reds, I always come back to my favorite color...... good old pink. Although, I think I do like this better on my toes. I wear pink on Wednesday's!

My Birthday Wish List!

I'm going to Oregon this weekend for Summer vacation with my Dad. He told me that while I was there we could go shopping for early Birthday presents, since I probably won't see him next until after my Birthday which is the last day of September. So I've compiled a Wish list in my head (and on my blog! hehe) of what I want to look for while I'm there.

I really want a brown leather bag, I would like to find one with nice detailing and fits comfortably on my shoulder like this one. The one I have is a satchel and I need to have my hands free while juggling my 2 boys.

Something to organize my makeup! Right now I just have a like a little shower caddy/ plastic basket thingy. It's really not that organized, it takes me forever to dig through everything when I'm getting ready, and it's such a pain in the a**!



Now on to the good stuff..


I want to go to the CCO to find some MAC, because I've never tried it before.





I have been dying to try the Tarte blushes and lipsurgence.

This is one of those Your lips but better colors. It's a perfect nude pink for me.

Honestly, I can't find ANY reviews or swatches on these on blogs, or Youtube, or anywhere for that matter!

What the heck? These things are freaking amazing and I am obsessed and I'm going back for more colors. They are so creamy, smell absolutely amazing, and conveniently twist up which I love! Plus, I noticed that they match my nails, just a tiny hint more pink. (See my NOTD post from yesterday) I bought mine for the original price which is $7.00. These are very new because I have never seen them in Victoria's Secret, and they are now on sale for $ 3.99 for the Semi- Annual Sale, So you better get them now!

Nyx Jumbo Eye Pencil and lipliner swatches

I've always heard everyone on Youtube and blogs talking so much about how great these Nyx Jumbo Eye pencils are, but I never really let the light shine on them until I did an international swap and Sam asked for a bunch of these. Now I ask myself, what the hell took me so long to figure out that these things are freaking amazing?! Thank you Sam! I finally bought one of these babies the other day to test them out and they are awesome! I love how creamy and pigmented it is, it stays on forever, doesn't crease, it's quick and easy
 (no brush needed), and it's so cheap (I got mine for $2, at Ulta they are $4). You can bet I'm going back for more of these suckers real soon! I also picked up another Nyx lipliner, because I have a couple and I love them. I picked up this one, because Sam used it for a perfect nude lip and it looked so good on her.
I really want to get the color Peek-A-Boo Natural which is a pinky nude color, but I can't find it. I might have to just give in and buy it online.

Marilyn Monroe MAC Collection!

I am so excited to hear that MAC is going to be releasing a Marilyn Monroe Collection!
I have never owned anything MAC before, but now is a great time to start!
The line will launch this October and will  include a range of eye shadows, nail lacquers,
 eyeliners, and lipsticks. Prices will range from $15-$27.
